Harga rumah RM620K
RM100K x 1% = RM1000
RM400K x 2% = RM8000
RM120K x 3% = RM3600
Total = RM12,600.00 (Stamp duty fee for transfer)
campur = Loan documentation fees = RM2,000 (katalah loan RM400K)
campur = registration of the strata title in land office = RM500
campur/tolak = the professional & misc fees = RM10000
Grand Total = RM25,000
